Male Whinchat on Chorlton Ees

Recently local birder, Pete Hines sent me a link to his You-Tube video of a male Whinchat on Chorlton Ees. This bird is, apparently, a summer visitor to the British Isles. May I draw your attention to the "Chorlton Labour News" flyer delivered today (13/8/17). Proposals brought forward to build houses on the land. Please do what you can to help preserve this land, the Save Ryebank Fields group seems to be defunct.
